Sales Manager Responsibilities
  • To generate and present business proposals to customers and tender proposals to government agencies
  • Focus sales effort around identifying and fulfilling customers’ current and future needs utilizing solution selling models
  • Manage the activities of sales reps to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas

  • Generate and handle mobile DVR sales

  • Provide professional advice and business solutions to clients on mobile solutions catering to their business needs
  • Evaluate and analyze CCTV market trends
  • Handling account planning, proposal preparation, pre-sales presentation and contract negotiation
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years in CCTV sales
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

IT Specialist Responsibilities
  • Handle technical setup for server and router for mainly VoIP solution
  • PABX programming and integration
  • Software design and development
  • Site testing and deployment in each project
  • Provide support and consultation services to end-users on network setup and integration
  • Network management and operational support
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of IT working experience
  • Able to commit to working late when required
  • Possess relevant skills (SQL, ASP.NET, VB6 etc)
  • Candidates with relevant Telecommunications working experience will have an added advantage
  • Highly motivated and able to work well under pressure
Senior Human Resource Executive Responsibilities
  • Provide day to day HR services and support to the business
